Soft Wash Cleaning or “Soft Washing” is a chemical cleaning process that uses low pressure (less than 200 psi) to safely and effectively clean and sanitize any surface. Soft Washing can be used on almost any exterior surface and kills Moss, Mold, Algae, Lichen, Fungi and Bacteria. Our Soft Wash process is 100% Safe for the environment and is fully biodegradable.

Pressure Washing or “Power Washing” is a mechanical cleaning process where the use of High Pressure (800 to 3500 Pounds Per Square Inch of Pressure ) and High Water Volume (3 to 8 Gallons Per Minute) is used to clean a verity of surfaces. Pressure washing should only be used in certain applications where high pressure and high water volumes will not cause damage.
